Place was economical and a little town called laytonville. It was cold at night and the room got nice and toasty and that a hot bath and the reception is always on call and they have Wi-Fi. It's all very clean to me. And I'm a picky traveler
I love the location because it’s close to my family’s ranch house property. It’s one of the only hotel / motel options in Laytonville. Also, the beds were well kept and had mattress protectors.

Was better than many other Motels in bigger Towns. Clean, comfortable bed with ample parking spaces.
Mattress was good, pillows were awkward, tv was good, shower had good pressure. Not bad.
Air Conditioner worked GREAT! It's was a really good value! EXCEEDED my expectation.
Even though the rooms could use a little updating, they were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. It was a nice, quiet place to stay.
